Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are satisfied with your order. However, if you are not completely satisfied for any reason, you may return the item to us. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS
To be eligible for a refund, you must return the product within 14 calendar days of purchase.
The product must be in the same condition as when you received it and must not be damaged in any way.

RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please contact our customer service to obtain the return address. Once you receive the address, securely pack the item in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase.

In some cases, your return may be free of charge. If the reason for the return is not due to an error on Mayciw.com, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least 14 days from the receipt of your returned item to process your return or exchange.

Depending on your credit card provider, refunds may take 1–2 billing cycles to appear on your account. We will notify you by email once your return has been processed.

EXCEPTIONS
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer is responsible for the shipping cost. The specific cost depends on the shipping service you choose.
