What payment methods do you accept?

In what currency will I be charged?

Do you offer payment in 3 or 4 installments?
We offer payment in 3 installments.

SHIPPING

Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide, including Asia, North & Central America, Europe, and Oceania. Payments can be made via PayPal or credit card.

How long does it take to ship my order?
After placing your order, processing usually takes 3 to 7 days.
Shipping time depends on the shipping method you choose.

How can I track my package?
Once your order is placed, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information.

What happens if I am not at home?
If you are not at home, a new delivery attempt may be made the next day, or the delivery partner may contact you to arrange a new delivery date, depending on the country and shipping method.

You may also need to collect your package from your local post office if delivery is unsuccessful.

RETURNS

Do you accept returns?
We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item must have been purchased from our online store

  • The item must not have been used in any way

  • The return or exchange request must be made within 14 days of delivery

Can I exchange an item?
Yes, we accept exchanges under the same conditions as returns.
Please indicate that you would like to exchange the item when preparing your return.

Are returns free?
To return an item, please contact our customer service to obtain the return address. Once you receive the address, securely pack the item in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase.

In some cases, returns are free. If the reason for the return is not due to an error on Mayciw.com, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

How long does it take to process a return?
Returns are confirmed within 14 days after the package arrives at our warehouse.
Once your return is accepted, the refund, exchange, or store credit will be processed within 14 days.
